Projects 2 Recent Projects include: During the past year, I have been composing an original score for Jim Shaws new film. Its sort of a new age, psychedelic Busby Berkeley-ish film that is a sequel to Jims Zombie film I scored last year. The music is sort of Claude Debussy with cascading vocals meets New Age healing music. The film will show at Simon Lee Gallery in London (feb 09). I am very proud of the score and I hope to screen it here in Los Angeles. December 07 Sound performance of Jim Shaw instruments at the Metro Pictures booth for Art Basel Miami. October 07 I composed an original score for Jim Shaws new film The Hole and I also did a sound performance with Jim Shaw in Paris August 07 I co-directed a musical performance extravaganza with Jim Shaw for the Hammer Museum. The event featured an eclectic variety of instruments and eccentric a cappella works. May 07 I collaborated with artist Marnie Weber on her new film A Western Song which was screened in LA, NY, and London. We also performed the score live at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. The performance included cellos, violin, synth, saw, banjo, guitars and percussive instruments.
